Robert Bryce has been announced as Keynote Speaker for Energy Moving Forward 2011

Robert Bryce is one of America’s most prominent energy journalists. His articles have appeared in numerous publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and New York Times to Counterpunch and The Nation. He’s the author of four books on energy. They include Pipe Dreams: Greed, Ego, and the Death of Enron; Cronies: Oil, the Bushes, and the Rise of Texas, America’s Superstate; and Gusher of Lies: The Dangerous Delusions of Energy Independence. His latest  book, Power Hungry: The Myths of “Green” Energy and the Real Fuels of the Future, recently came out in paperback. A review in the Wall Street Journal called Power Hungry “unsentimental, unsparing and impassioned; and, if you’ll excuse the pun, it is precisely the kind of journalism we need to hold truth to power.”

Bryce, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Lorin, and their three children.
